Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 7–10 years of experience to lead and execute Greenfield construction projects from conceptualization to handover. The ideal candidate will have strong project execution experience across industrial, commercial, or institutional developments, including site development, structural works, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· End-to-end management of Greenfield civil construction projects including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and develop project scopes, BOQs, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor progress as per timelines, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee earthwork, foundation, RCC structure, utility installations, and external development works.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations during construction.
- Review technical drawings, resolve site-level challenges, and ensure quality control at each stage.
- Manage procurement coordination and certification of civil work bills.
- Prepare MIS reports and project updates for senior management review.
- Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering and construction practices
- Proven experience in Greenfield industrial/commercial/residential project execution
- Familiar with local building bye-laws, NBC, and statutory clearance processes
- Proficient in project management tools like MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD
- Good negotiation, vendor management, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience in large-scale Greenfield projects for logistics parks, IT parks, industrial zones, or institutional campuses
- Exposure to sustainability and green building standards is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of work experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
