Position: MVR Operator
Job Location: Warangal
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) system and associated equipment.
- Monitor plant parameters, pressure, temperature, flow and vacuum levels.
- Handle start-up, shutdown and routine operation of MVR equipment.
- Ensure smooth and safe operation of pumps, evaporators, compressors and related systems.
- Perform routine inspections and identify operational abnormalities.
- Maintain daily operation and log-sheet records.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs and environmental guidelines.
Eligibility:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in MVR/evaporation/ETP/CETP plant operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and safety practices.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
