The Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the assigned Rail Rolls outlet. The role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, controlling costs, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth and profitable outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Outlet Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
- Ensure the outlet opens and closes on time as per company standards.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, billing, and other operational activities.
- Maintain proper cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
- Ensure all company SOPs and operational procedures are followed.
2. Team Management
- Supervise, guide, and motivate outlet staff.
- Prepare and manage staff duty schedules and shifts.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, performance, and discipline.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
