We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead a team of sales executives, drive revenue growth, and ensure achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Track leads, conversions, and daily sales activities.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve escalations when required.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, including team handling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
