Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role where B2B sales is the primary responsibility, complemented by marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence and generate quality leads.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, confident in engaging with decision-makers, and capable of understanding industry challenges to recommend innovative VR/AR solutions. You should enjoy building relationships, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development (Primary)
- Identify, qualify, and generate new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Conduct client meetings, virtual demonstrations, presentations, webinars, and industry discussions to showcase our VR/AR solutions.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend innovative technology solutions that maximize operational efficiency and client ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers; negotiate pricing and successfully close deals.
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and customer records using CRM tools.
Marketing & Brand Support (Preferred)
- Support lead generation through LinkedIn marketing, social media management, blogging, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Assist in organizing webinars, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Create and share engaging content that strengthens Hyperreality Technologies' brand visibility and thought leadership.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- 1–2 years of mandatory B2B Sales experience. Freshers will not be considered.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, Technology, SaaS, Automation, or related B2B industries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, conduct client meetings, negotiate contracts, and close business.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, demonstrations, industry events, and business development activities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in both Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge of Social Media Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Blogging, Email Marketing, and Digital Campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools is a bonus.
- Strong network within the local manufacturing or industrial ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Own vehicle is an added advantage.
