Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver French language lessons according to the school's curriculum.
- Teach French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Develop students' communication skills through interactive and practical activities.
- Use activity-based, communicative, and experiential teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, presentations, teaching aids, and other learning resources.
- Conduct role plays, conversations, storytelling, language games, and cultural activities.
- Introduce students to French culture, traditions, history, and literature at an age-appropriate level.
- Assess students through classwork, assignments, projects, tests, and periodic examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance and progress.
- Provide additional support and remedial instruction to students who require it.
- Encourage students to participate in French language competitions, events, and cultural activities.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and areas of improvement.
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and departmental meetings.
- Collaborate with other teachers and coordinators for academic planning and interdisciplinary activities.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, workshops, celebrations, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain student portfolios and other academic documentation.
- Follow school policies, academic procedures, and child-safety guidelines.
- Participate in professional development and teacher-training programs.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in French / Foreign Languages / relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- DELF/DALF certification or equivalent French-language certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of teaching experience as a French Teacher.
- Experience teaching Middle School students is preferred.
- Experience in CBSE/ICSE or reputed school environments will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,802.33 - ₹40,905.89 per month
