Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for VMC and CNC Turning machines.
* Independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines during production.
* Read engineering drawings and select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
* Ensure dimensional accuracy through first-piece and in-process inspections.
* Optimize cycle times, improve productivity, and reduce rejections.
* Perform routine machine maintenance and follow safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
* ITI/Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* 3–8 years of experience in CNC programming and machine operation.
* Hands-on experience with both *VMC and CNC Turning* machines.
* Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and precision measuring instruments.
