Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Care & Clinical Management
- Attend to all in-patients, emergency, and ICU cases as per hospital protocol.
- Conduct regular ward rounds with Consultants and independently when required.
- Monitor vital signs, treatment progress, and document clinical findings accurately.
- Assist in minor procedures, catheterizations, and postoperative wound care.
- Ensure proper implementation of Consultant’s orders and follow-up actions.
- Manage preoperative preparation and postoperative monitoring of surgical patients.
- Handle medical emergencies and initiate appropriate management until Consultant arrival.
2. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain complete and updated patient records including clinical notes, treatment orders, and discharge summaries.
- Ensure accurate documentation in EMR / manual case sheets as per hospital policy.
- Report critical incidents or adverse events promptly to the Medical Superintendent / Consultant.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise effectively with Consultants, Nursing, Pharmacy, Diagnostic, and Administrative teams for seamless patient care.
- Update patient attendants regularly regarding condition and progress (as per hospital protocol).
- Ensure smooth handover to next shift with clear communication on ongoing cases.
4. Compliance & Quality
- Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control, and biomedical waste management guidelines.
- Participate in clinical audits, mortality/morbidity meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with NABH and hospital accreditation standards.
5. Training & Development
- Assist in training nursing staff and interns in clinical protocols.
- Stay updated on urology-specific emergencies, post-op care, and new medical practices.
- Attend CME programs and in-house training sessions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
