Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly and efficiently
- Supervise and lead service staff (captains, stewards, kitchen coordination)
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Control inventory, reduce wastage, and manage stock levels
- Coordinate with kitchen team for seamless service
- Prepare reports (sales, expenses, staff performance)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, billing/POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
