JOB DESCRIPTION OF ASST. QC MANAGER
Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for maintain working environment in QC lab.
· Fill and maintain all documents related to System
· Maintain documents properly as per GLP and GMP.
· Preparation of SOP, GTP and other required documents.
· Conduct Training of SOP/GTP/GLP/GMP & other required topics and maintain records.
· Follow up to Chemist/Executive for completion of documents & testing on time.
· Batch release status checked and mail with details.
· Daily result checked and follow-up from chemist
· Responsible for keep ready QC lab for audit.
· Responsible for completion of Records.
· Responsible for handling manpower.
· schedule prepare for testing and work allotted to chemist
· Manage daily testing schedule as per requirement i.e. time management
· Log books checked and sign.
· Media preparation, consumption, sterilization & Destruction log book checked and sign.
· Microbial Daily, weekly, monthly formats checked and sign.
· Microbial lab & Instrument/equipment cleaning verify.
· Follow up for control sample preparation and maintain properly.
· Training given to chemist time to time and maintain its record.
· Change Control issuing and completion.
· Responsible for daily result check and update entry in computer
· Chemicals & Media stock verification and maintain.
· Communicate result to production department.
· Absence of QC and R&D Manager, Sr. QC Manager will be release the batches and its related documents and rest documents sign by Asst. QC Manager.
· Any work assign by directors
· Reporting to QC and R&D Manager / Sr. QC Manager / Director.
Other Vital Accountabilities
· To check & maintain daily, weekly, fifteen days, & monthly record of chemical & Microbiological.
· Discuss with management regarding manpower and his/her working efficiency.
· Round with auditor during audit.
· Follow-up for testing and troubleshooting during testing.
· Discussion with QA, Production, Maintenance, Warehouse person during any problem faced during working
· To check and sign batch calculation sheet with supporting formats.
· Release batches of Raw and Packing material.
· Approved, Calibration (Weekly, Monthly) label check and sign.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
