We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent video editing skills, and the ability to create engaging content that increases brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.
- Design creative posters, banners, and social media creatives.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely posting across all platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and implement strategies to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create campaign-specific content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly social media reports.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Creative mindset with excellent visual storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience in running paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of branding and digital marketing strategies.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
