Position: Business Analyst
Location: Manesar, Haryana
Job Type: Full-time (On-site).

Role Description:
- Analyze and understand clients' business processes to recommend effective ERP solutions.
- Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
- Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users.
- Develop documentation, including process flows, SOPs, and training materials.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure continuous system improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who have completed their B.com/BCA/MCA/B.Sc. In IT and Computer Science
Freshers can apply.
Desired Skills:
- Basic understanding of business processes like Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, or CRM.
- Excellent business process analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn ERP systems and business process automation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.
- Ability to work in a team and under minimal supervision & manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
