Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Immigration Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding clients regarding immigration, study abroad, work permits, PR, and visa-related services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, counseling abilities, and a strong passion for achieving targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding immigration processes, study visas, work permits, PR, and other visa services.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable immigration pathways.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and client conversions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide accurate information about documentation, eligibility, and application procedures.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Maintain client records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with processing teams to ensure smooth application handling.
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional guidance and support.
- Stay updated with immigration policies, visa rules, and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in immigration, education counseling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent English and local language communication skills.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
