We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, oversee stock management, and handle invoicing. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our inventory desk and customer orders, possessing a basic understanding of automotive parts and terminology to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate accurate tax invoices and purchase orders using /ERP software.
- Inventory Management: Track incoming and outgoing stock, manage stock levels, and conduct regular physical stock verification to minimize discrepancies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in billing, storekeeping, or inventory management (experience in an automotive aftermarket firm, spare parts dealership, or service center is a major plus).
- Automotive Knowledge: Basic familiarity with automotive components, part numbers, or lubricants (e.g., filters, engine oils, braking components).
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word and basic accounting/billing software (like Tally, Wings, or custom ERPs).
