Ø Ensure efficient operation of the Plants and Machineries
Ø Approve Civil Refurbishment tasks
Ø Take appropriate engineering decision required to avoid operational hazard.
Ø To assess the purchase requisition with justifications and send it HOD for approval.
Ø Prepare PPM and SOP of Engineering dept.
Ø To execute & Oversee the projects works as per the instructions issued time to time.
Ø Ensure all the safety norms are followed and measures taken for men and materials.
Ø Collect and analyze day to day Maintenance and Engineering reports
Ø Process the renewal of GOVT /Statutory body licenses
Ø Prepare renewal of CAMC/AMCs negotiation with vendors in presence of HOD, Purchase & Accounts.
Ø Prepare schedules on the update and longevity of the assets
Ø Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documents, support construction to alter and change design on a need basis
Ø Support technical evaluation of offer to provide cost effective solution
Ø Have proper knowledge on the replacements plan of any asset
Ø Update detailed engineering standards, create and develop outsourced engineering facility, review and guide the engineering team with their work
Ø Performance Management
Ø Oversee maintenance activities for the overall maintenance of the hospital
Pay: ₹11,116.55 - ₹34,089.54 per month
