Job Role : Export Documentation Executive (CHA)
The Export Documentation Executive is responsible for preparing, verifying, and processing export documentation in compliance with customs regulations, shipping line requirements, and customer specifications. The role involves coordinating with exporters, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs officials, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate export clearance and shipment execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process all export documentation, including:
- Shipping Bills
- Commercial Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Bill of Lading Instructions
- Certificate of Origin documentation
- Export declarations and other statutory documents
- File Shipping Bills through the ICEGATE/Customs EDI system.
- Verify export documents for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with exporters, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and customs authorities for smooth shipment processing.
- Arrange customs clearance and monitor cargo movement until shipment departure.
- Maintain proper documentation records in both physical and digital formats.
- Update clients regularly regarding shipment status and documentation progress.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal operations, finance, and customer service teams for seamless execution.
- Support post-shipment documentation and customer queries.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
