We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Utility Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Bidadi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all utility systems within our manufacturing facility. This role is crucial for ensuring uninterrupted production processes and maintaining a safe, compliant, and energy-efficient environment.
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on all utility equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, water treatment plants, electrical distribution systems, and industrial plumbing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in utility equipment to minimize downtime.
- Execute repairs, replacements, and overhauls of utility components and systems in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
- Monitor the performance of utility systems, analyze data, and implement adjustments to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure all utility operations comply with relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations (e.g., OSHA, local environmental laws, ISO standards).
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, equipment performance, spare parts inventory, and utility consumption.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to manufacturing operations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for energy conservation and implement energy-saving initiatives across all utility systems.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and validation of new utility equipment and infrastructure projects.
- Train junior technicians on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols for utility systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide effective solutions to restore utility services.
- Manage and maintain critical spare parts inventory for utility equipment to ensure availability.
- Prepare technical reports on utility system performance, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
