Key Responsibilities
· Search and identify relevant tenders on government and private portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, state portals).
· Prepare and organize tender documents, technical bids, and financial bids.
· Coordinate with internal departments for required data, certificates, and approvals.
· Upload documents, manage registrations, and ensure timely submission on portals.
· Maintain updated vendor registrations across portals.
· Track tender updates, corrigendums, amendments, and deadlines.
· Prepare tender summaries with key requirements.
· Communicate with tendering authorities for queries or clarifications.
· Follow up on tender results, status reports, and contracts.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit/compliance.
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of GeM, e-Procurement portals, CPPP, and state tender sites.
· Excellent computer skills — MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling).
· Good understanding of tender terms, BOQ, EMD, PBG, GST, etc.
· Strong communication and documentation skills.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines.
· Attention to detail and process accuracy.
Qualifications
· Graduate (Any discipline); MBA preferred.
· Minimum 1 year experience in tender management.
· Experience in government e-procurement is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹15,091.63 - ₹32,493.03 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
