Role Overview
The PPC Manager will be responsible for end-to-end production planning and control from style handover to bulk production; ensuring timely delivery, efficient resource utilization, and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review styles from the design team; ensure all specifications are complete and production-ready.
- Prepare and manage BOMs, ensuring accurate material planning and availability.
- Coordinate development and approval of pre-production samples.
- Plan and monitor production schedules, line loading, and WIP to meet delivery timelines.
- Identify potential risks in materials, construction, or processes and take corrective actions proactively.
- Define and ensure adherence to quality criteria and approved standards.
- Coordinate across design, sourcing, production, and quality teams for smooth execution.
- Track production progress, maintain reports/MIS, and ensure on-time order completion.
Key Requirements
- 5 years of PPC experience in soft toys (preferred), garments, or home furnishing.
- Strong understanding of production planning, sampling, and material control.
- Experience in BOM management and production scheduling.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is a plus.
Pay: ₹27,456.76 - ₹35,098.26 per month
