Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, located in Mumbai. Miss Claire Cosmetics is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and drive brand engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, platform trends, influencer marketing, and social media analytics. The role involves daily management of social media accounts, monitoring trends, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure successful digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, influencers, and internal teams to deliver engaging campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for real-time content and brand engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize content and campaign performance.
- Manage influencer partnerships and social media activations.
Requirements:-
- 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
- Content Strategy and Digital Marketing skills
- Experience with social media management tools and platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle industry is preferred.
