Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-driven Loan Executive to support our Loans vertical. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in securing home loans, coordinating with banking partners, and ensuring a seamless loan processing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding and selecting suitable home loan products.
- Coordinate with banks, , and financial institutions for loan processing and approvals.
- Manage end-to-end loan documentation and application processing.
- Follow up with customers and banking partners to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
- Maintain strong relationships with branch managers and loan officers across partner banks.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation compliance as per regulatory and company standards.
- Work closely with the sales team to integrate loan solutions into the customer journey.
- Track and report daily progress on loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service throughout the loan lifecycle.
Skills Required
- Experience: 2–3 years in home loans / mortgage / financial services.
- Good understanding of home loan products, processes, and eligibility criteria.
- Existing relationships with banks and financial institutions (preferred).
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM tools.
Qualifications
Graduate in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related fieldMBA (Finance) or BBA preferred
