About the Role
Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Gift Designer to design premium gift hampers, customized gifts, and corporate gifting solutions. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of creativity, color combinations, presentation, and customer preferences while ensuring every gift reflects the premium quality of the Angroos brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create premium gift hampers for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, festivals, corporate events, and other special occasions.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and themes to recommend suitable gifting solutions.
- Select products, packaging materials, ribbons, decorative accessories, and branding elements for each hamper.
- Create attractive gift presentations with exceptional attention to detail and finishing.
- Design customized gift hampers for corporate clients, including branded products, personalized gifts, and festive collections.
- Coordinate with customers, the sales team, enquiry management, inventory, and packing departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure every gift meets Angroos quality standards before dispatch.
- Maintain proper inventory of gift boxes, baskets, decorative materials, ribbons, fillers, and accessories.
- Generate creative ideas for new gifting collections and seasonal campaigns such as Onam, Christmas, Diwali, New Year, Valentine’s Day, and other festive occasions.
- Assist in product photography, social media content creation, and promotional campaigns whenever required.
- Keep the gift design area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Maintain consistency in premium packaging, presentation, and brand identity across all products.
Requirements
- Creative mindset with a passion for gift designing and presentation.
- Good sense of color combinations, styling, decoration, and aesthetics.
- Fluent Malayalam is required. Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Experience in gift designing, floral arrangement, event decoration, handicrafts, visual merchandising, or creative packaging will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Additional Responsibilities
- Candidate should be willing to coordinate with customers after office hours through phone calls or WhatsApp whenever urgent design approvals or order updates are required.
- During festival seasons and bulk corporate orders, additional working hours may be required to ensure timely completion of premium gift hampers.
- Work closely with all departments to deliver high-quality customized gifting solutions.
- Continuously introduce fresh and innovative gift concepts based on market trends and customer preferences.
- Maintain the premium presentation, creativity, and quality standards associated with the Angroos brand.
