Qualification: B.Sc (IT/Computer Science), BCA, BBA, BBM, MBA (Marketing)
Experience: Fresher
Package: Attractive compensation based on experience and technical expertise.
Location: MarsForce NextGen, No. 58, 1st Main road, Raja Colony 3rd cross, Tiruchirappalli Collectorate, Tamil Nadu, 620001.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Follow up on client inquiries, proposals, and service requests.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT products and services.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Achieve customer retention and relationship management goals.
