Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process
Location: Bangalore
Department: Customer Service / BPO Operations
Shift: Rotational (US/UK/AU Shifts)
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome)
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and articulate Customer Support Executive to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers, resolve queries, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from customers based in [US/UK/Australia/Canada]
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.)
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and quality/compliance guidelines
- Upsell/cross-sell products or services where applicable (for sales process roles)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – neutral or international accent preferred
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (as per company policy)
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts
- Prior experience in a voice-based international BPO process is a plus (not mandatory for freshers)
