Inside Sales Executive (B2B Industrial Sales)
Location: Delhi NCR (Work From Home)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹2.5–3.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Identify and engage with Purchase Managers, Maintenance Heads, Plant Heads, Production Managers, and OEM customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending opportunities to improve conversion.
- Develop strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams to provide timely customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, quotation, and sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Experience Required
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Tele Sales.
- Experience selling Industrial Products, Bearings, Pneumatics, Automation, MRO Products, Engineering Products, Electrical, Mechanical, or Technical Solutions is preferred.
- Proven experience in cold calling, customer follow-ups, quotation management, and lead conversion.
- Experience working with CRM software, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and consistently achieve sales targets.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering) will be an added advantage.
