Proven experience in:

Day-2 operations and troubleshooting

Operators, Helm, and YAML-based configurations
Strong understanding of

Kubernetes networking & storage

OpenShift security (RBAC, SCCs, NetworkPolicies)

CLI-driven debugging (oc, kubectl)

Applicants must hold at least one of the following:

Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280)

Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) with OpenShift experience
