About the Role
Bepoj Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT Sales, lead generation, client acquisition, proposal writing, and business development. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and other digital platforms.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project discussions and delivery.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or internal reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition.
- Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms.
- Proposal writing and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about achieving business goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Experience working in an IT Services or Software Development company.
- Understanding of web development, mobile applications, software development, and digital solutions is an added advantage.
