About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive US Options Dealer to join our trading team. The primary responsibility of this role is to execute options trades accurately and efficiently based on client requirements while ensuring compliance with internal processes and market regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute US options trades as per client instructions and trading strategies.
- Monitor trade orders and ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Verify trade details before execution to minimize errors.
- Maintain proper records of executed trades and client transactions.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding trade execution and order status.
- Monitor market movements and option pricing to support trade execution activities.
- Utilize Excel for maintaining trading reports, trade logs, and data analysis.
- Follow risk management guidelines and company compliance procedures.
- Stay updated with market trends, options trading concepts, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives Certification) – Mandatory.
- Basic understanding of:
- Options Trading
- Options Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega)
- Option Chains
- Call & Put Strategies
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

- Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
