Job Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by maintaining employee discipline, monitoring task completion, coordinating follow-ups, processing routine payments, and supporting management in timely execution of work. The role requires excellent organizational skills, accountability, proactive communication, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Attendance & Leave Management
* Monitor daily employee attendance.
* Verify late arrivals, absentees, and leave applications.
* Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
* Ensure compliance with company attendance and leave policies.
2. TAT (Turnaround Time) Management
* Update the TAT Sheet on a daily basis.
* Track all assigned tasks and their deadlines.
* Follow up with concerned employees for pending tasks.
* Escalate overdue or delayed activities to management.
3. Daily Payment Coordination
* Prepare the daily payment schedule.
* Process payments only after receiving all required documents and management approvals.
* Verify supporting documents before processing payments.
* Maintain accurate payment records.
* Track pending payments and follow up until completion.
4. Follow-up & Coordination
* Conduct regular follow-ups with employees, vendors, clients, and concerned departments.
* Ensure assigned tasks are completed within committed timelines.
* Maintain proper records of follow-ups and pending issues.
* Escalate unresolved matters promptly.
* Ensure no task remains pending due to lack of coordination.
5. Reporting
* Submit Daily Attendance Report.
* Submit Daily TAT Status Report.
* Submit Pending Task Report.
* Submit Daily Payment Status Report.
* Highlight critical delays, pending approvals, and operational issues to management.
Required Skills

* Zero payment processed without required documentation and approvals.

* Accurate and timely daily reporting to management.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹16,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
