Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and innovative AI Developer to design, build, and integrate AI/ML and Large Language Model (LLM)-based capabilities into Medinous's healthcare SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to develop intelligent features, enhance automation, and deliver scalable AI solutions while ensuring healthcare data privacy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML models, including NLP and LLM-powered features, into existing product modules.
- Build and maintain REST APIs to integrate AI services with the existing .NET and Angular application stack.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
- Evaluate, deploy, and optimize Large Language Models for healthcare use cases.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product teams to build scalable, secure, and multi-tenant AI solutions.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines supporting AI/ML workflows.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance in production environments.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, and LLM technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML application development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) using APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and NLP concepts.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs using Python or .NET.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and AI deployment.
- Good understanding of SQL Server and AI data pipelines.
- Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure AI Services and Cognitive Services.
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with .NET and Angular for enterprise platform integration.
- Experience working on SaaS or enterprise healthcare applications.
