About the Role
Yuva Trip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills with the ability to onboard new travel agents, build strong client relationships, and generate consistent business through our B2B travel portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying and onboarding travel agents, B2B clients and corporates.
- Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of the Yuva Trip B2B & B2E Portal.
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with travel agents and business partners.
- Handle client queries related to flight bookings, packages, portal usage, account activation, and available services.
- Visit travel agents, corporates to procure querries.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure smooth registration on the portal.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Support teams for timely query resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline offers, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Travel Sales, or Field Sales.
- Prior experience in the travel industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls, Visiting clients places and handling client follow-ups.
- Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and build long-term business relationships.
- Good computer skills or travel portals will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
