Job Overview
Avconexpo is seeking an experienced Senior HR professional with strong expertise in Recruitment and Talent Management. The role will focus on building talent pipelines, driving hiring strategies, and managing end-to-end HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline and workforce planning strategy
- Drive talent management and retention initiatives
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, attendance, and documentation
- Implement and manage performance management systems (KPIs/KRAs)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in HR Generalist / HRBP role
- Strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and talent management
- Good understanding of HR operations, PMS, and compliance
- Experience in engineering / consultancy / project-based organizations preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
