About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company in the field, responsible for driving the sales of our premium water and heating solutions. You will actively engage with key stakeholders in the market to build relationships, generate leads, and close sales to meet your targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Field Visits: Conduct daily visits to Dealers, Direct Customers, Builders, and Architects to showcase our product range.
- Product Presentations: Educate potential clients on the technical benefits and features of our heat pumps, water softeners, SS tanks, and pressure pumps.
- Target Achievement: Aggressively work towards fulfilling and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dealers and architects to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Reporting: Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, reporting back to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Must be a Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of field sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Industry Background: Candidates with experience in the same industry (Water solutions, HVAC, Plumbing, or Building Materials) are highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler for local travel.
- Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable spending the majority of the day in the field.
