- Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily interior finishing tasks—carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, and electrical/plumbing fit-outs—ensuring compliance with GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, interior contractors, and suppliers to manage site manpower and material flow.
- Quality & Safety Control: Maintain high finishing standards (snag-free) and strict adherence to site safety regulations.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, tracking actual progress against project schedules.
- Technical Interpretation: Interpret and implement detailed design plans and GFC drawings for furniture, finishes, and joinery.
- Quantity Estimation & Billing: Measure site work for bill verification, track material consumption, and manage wastage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
