We are looking for an experienced Home Loan Team Leader to manage the sales team, drive monthly targets, monitor lead conversion, and motivate team members to achieve business goals.
Experience: Same-domain Home Loan Team Leader/Sales experience required.
Location: Noida Sector 2, Near 15 Metro Station.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the Home Loan sales team
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Monitor team performance and lead conversions
- Guide team members and improve productivity
- Handle customer/lead escalations and follow-ups
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
