Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to build strategic partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, training centers, and skill development organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, onboarding clients for recruitment and training services, and strengthening employer partnerships to facilitate student placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for training and placement services.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, hiring managers, colleges, universities, and training institutes.
- Partner with companies for campus recruitment, internships, apprenticeships, and placement drives.
- Promote corporate training, soft skills, technical training, and upskilling programs.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with recruitment and training teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and partnership targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, seminars, and industry conferences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of recruitment, placement, or skill development ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or any related field.
- MBA (Marketing/HR) will be an added advantage.
- Experience in staffing, HR consultancy, EdTech, training, or skill development industry is preferred.
