Job Title: Cold Email Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a Cold Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize outbound email campaigns for lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with cold email outreach, email deliverability, inbox management, campaign optimization, and lead generation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, launch, and manage cold email outreach campaigns.
- Set up and maintain email accounts for outbound campaigns.
- Configure and monitor email authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and custom tracking domains).
- Improve email deliverability and maintain a healthy sender reputation.
- Perform email warm-up and monitor inbox health.
- Build targeted prospect lists using lead generation tools.
- Segment prospects and personalize email campaigns.
- Write and optimize cold email sequences to improve open, reply, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and sending schedules.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics such as delivery rate, open rate, reply rate, bounce rate, and conversions.
- Troubleshoot deliverability issues, blacklist problems, and spam-related concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest email marketing and deliverability best practices.
Required Skills
- Experience with cold email outreach and lead generation..
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, inbox placement, spam filters, and sender reputation.
- Knowledge of DNS records, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and custom tracking domains.
- Experience with email warm-up strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management.
- Strong copywriting skills for cold email campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in cold email marketing, email deliverability, or lead generation.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
