Roles and responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support for international customers.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure first-contact resolution.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Follow company processes and compliance standards.
- Log all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
- Meet performance metrics such as SLA, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English verbal communication skills.
- Freshers/6 months of experience in an international voice process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
