Salary & Incentives During Training
- Monthly Salary: ₹2,40,000/-*
- Monthly Performance Incentives: Up to ₹1,80,000/-*
Salary and incentives will be paid as per company policy and performance criteria.
Training Target
Candidates are required to close a minimum of 1 sale during the 45-day training period.
Permanent Employment
Candidates who successfully achieve the required target of 1 sale and demonstrate excellent performance during the training period will be offered permanent employment with CHR PROPERTIES, subject to management approval.
Training Completion Certificate
All candidates who successfully complete the 45-day training program will receive an Official Training Completion Certificate from CHR PROPERTIES. This certificate recognizes their successful completion of the company's Business Development & Real Estate Sales Training Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels.
- Identify potential customers and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, and offers.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Create engaging video content and confidently present projects in front of the camera for digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of marketing and business development.
- Basic understanding of real estate sales is an added advantage.
- Confidence to speak and create video content in front of the camera.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment.
