Role Overview
- Engage with international clients through voice processes.
- Convert leads into customers and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound international calls
- Convert leads into sales. Maintain CRM records
- Achieve sales targets
- Build strong client relationships
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent English communication
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
- Own laptop required (BYOD)
