Key Responsibilities:
Master Planning & Concept Development
Prepare and review master plans for townships, mixed-use developments, residential communities, hospitality projects, and commercial developments.
Develop land-use strategies, circulation networks, zoning plans, density studies, and development frameworks.
Create development concepts that maximize land value while ensuring functionality and sustainability.
Evaluate project feasibility from planning, design, and infrastructure perspectives.
Design Coordination
Coordinate with architects, urban designers, landscape consultants, infrastructure consultants, and engineering teams.
Ensure design integration across all project components.
Review design submissions and provide recommendations for optimization.
Drive innovation in planning concepts and community development.
Development Strategy
Conduct site analysis, market studies, and benchmark assessments.
Develop phased development plans and growth strategies.
Identify opportunities for improving project efficiency and commercial viability.
Support project positioning and product mix decisions.
Regulatory & Statutory Approvals
Liaise with government authorities, planning agencies, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with development control regulations, zoning regulations, environmental norms, and statutory requirements.
Support approval processes related to layouts, master plans, and infrastructure planning.
Infrastructure & Sustainability Planning
Collaborate with infrastructure consultants for roads, utilities, water management, drainage, and sustainability initiatives.
Integrate environmental and sustainable planning principles into project development.
Ensure long-term functionality and operational efficiency of planned communities.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with internal leadership teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Present planning concepts and development strategies to senior management and investors.
Manage consultant deliverables and project timelines.
Project Monitoring
Track project progress against approved master plans.
Ensure implementation aligns with planning intent and development objectives.
Provide periodic reports and recommendations to management.

10–15 years of overall experience in Master Planning, Urban Design, Township Planning, and Large-Scale Real Estate Development.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Planning. Master's Degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Landscape Planning, Regional Planning, or equivalent preferred.
