Senior Graphic Designer – Luxury Weddings & Events
We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-driven Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and bring luxury weddings & large-scale events to life through stunning visual storytelling.
From elegant invitation suites to breathtaking venue installations, you’ll craft cohesive, high-end designs that transform our clients’ visions into immersive experiences.

What You’ll Do
Luxury Brand Creation
Develop bespoke event identities including custom logos, color palettes, and visual concepts tailored to each client.
Stationery & Print Design
Design premium invitation suites, save-the-dates, menus, programs, place cards, and other elegant event collateral.
Large-Scale Event Graphics
Create impactful venue visuals including welcome signage, seating charts, stage backdrops, bars, and experiential installations.
Print Production Management
Prepare flawless print-ready artwork with accurate bleeds, dielines, and production specifications.
Vendor Collaboration
Coordinate with specialty printers and production vendors for luxury finishes such as foil stamping, letterpress, embossing, and laser cutting.
Digital Event Assets
Design matching event websites, digital itineraries, and social media templates for a seamless guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in the luxury wedding or events industry
Strong portfolio showcasing:
Luxury typography
Print production expertise
Event branding
Spatial/layout design
Expert knowledge of:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Photoshop
Deep understanding of:
Luxury paper stocks
Specialty finishes
Premium print techniques
Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and ability to thrive under tight event timelines
