- Teaching & Mentorship: Deliver lectures, design syllabi, and evaluate student performance. Actively advise students and mentor junior staff like Teaching Assistants (TAs).
- Research & Publishing: Conduct original research, secure research grants, and publish findings in peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Conference Presentation: Attend and present research at industry-specific academic conferences.
- Institutional Service: Participate in faculty meetings, serve on academic or hiring committees, and assist department head
