Job Summary
Maceforce LLC is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator / Freight Broker with strong knowledge of the US trucking and freight industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with DAT Load Board, load booking, truck dispatching, and carrier coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and book loads using DAT and other freight platforms.
- Coordinate with carriers, drivers, shippers, and customers.
- Negotiate freight rates and manage profitable bookings.
- Handle USA truck dispatching and shipment tracking.
- Maintain carrier/customer relationships and provide timely updates.
- Manage load documentation and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, or truck dispatching.
- Hands-on experience with DAT Load Board.
- Good understanding of US freight lanes, rates, and equipment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with US-based clients and carriers.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
