Job Description
Seeking a Front Office Executive with 1+ years of experience to manage front desk operations, handle visitor interactions, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle courier services, mail distribution, and office supplies.
- Maintain front office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
- Ensure reception and common areas are organized and presentable.
- Assist in travel arrangements and event coordination when required.
- Address general inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
