Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Assistant with strong experience in furniture manufacturing to support and coordinate daily production activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and the ability to manage shop-floor operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and monitoring daily furniture production activities.
- Coordinate with cutting, edge banding, carpentry, assembly, and finishing teams.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, boards, laminates, and hardware for production.
- Track production progress and report issues or delays.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and manufacturing processes.
- Support inventory tracking and material usage on the shop floor.
Requirements
- Experience in modular furniture / interior furniture manufacturing.
- Knowledge of materials, hardware fittings, and furniture production processes.
- Ability to coordinate with shop-floor teams and supervisors.
- Basic knowledge of production documentation and reporting.
Experience
- 2–5 years in furniture manufacturing or modular furniture production.
Education
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Preferred in Mechanical, Production, or related field).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
