Recently retired with at least 8- 10 years in corporate / SME Lending experience, project finance, working capital finance , real estate financing , industrial finance , etc. , debt restructuring , RBI compliance , while working in banks / NBFCs ,FIs.
Brief Job profile
1- Liasion and negotiation with Banks/ Financial institutions for arranging finance from banks / FIs as per customer requirements
2- Making presentation to senior bank management for credit proposals
3- Attending meeting with corporate clients for finalIsing the credit proposal to understand client requirement.
4- Internally coordinate with sourcing team and Credit team to assess the credit worthiness of clients and evaluate debt structuring .
5- Lead and Manage debt transaction from inception till financial closure.
6- Good presentation & analytical skills .
7- fixed salary plus incentives .
