AWC Customization TeamCenter Job description
AWC Customization Engineer in TeamCenter typically includes the following
responsibilities and skills:
Develop and configure custom AWC components using the Teamcenter Active
Workspace Framework.
Integrate AWC with backend services and other enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, UI errors, and user
experience.
Maintain and optimize existing custom features as per evolving business
requirements.
Participate in Teamcenter version upgrades and AWC patching and testing.
Support AWC deployment activities across development, testing, and production
environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, PLM admins, and end-
users to ensure smooth rollouts and support.
Document all customizations, configurations, and deployment steps for support and
audits.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, PLM
processes, and the ability to work with various technologies such as JavaScript,
HTML5, AngularJS/React, Node.js, and more.
Experience with Agile Development Methodology, version control, and debugging
tools is also beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization.Experience in Teamcenter Upgrades and Data Migration.
