We are seeking a skilled and versatile All-Rounder Chef who can handle multiple kitchen sections and prepare a wide variety of cuisines while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including Indian, Chinese, Continental, Tandoor, Snacks, and Fast Food items.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all food items.
- Handle food preparation, mise en place, and kitchen setup before service.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in accordance with company policies.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
