AR Caller – Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior AR Caller with 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing. The candidate will be responsible for insurance follow-up, denial management, claim resolution, and ensuring timely reimbursements.
Key Skills:
- AR Follow-up and Denial Management
- US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Handling Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care claims
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, EOB, and ERA
- Resolving denials related to Eligibility, Authorization, Medical Necessity, Timely Filing, COB, and Duplicate Claims
- Filing appeals and claim reconsiderations
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and medical billing software
Qualification:
- Any Graduate/Undergraduate
- 1–3 years of experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing
